Monochromatic Blood-Thirsty Editorials

DNA Model Larissa H is Zombie-Like in 'HURRICANES'

Elizaveta Porodina creates horrifying images as she photographs DNA model Larissa with blood-stained arms and evil expressions. The photos are all taken in black and white in order to set the frightening mood of the photo shoot.

In one photo we see Larissa chow down on an unknown substance, but dark makeup is layered underneath her eyes making her into a monster. In the next photograph, blood drips down her arms as she puts her bony hands up to her mouth.

DNA model Larissa is also seen in a black outfit covering the top of her head where the slippery material reflects the light. The photos are mysterious and unknown as we contemplate the meaning of the images. Porodina uses high contrast images in order to creep us out and amaze us at the same time.
