The DiskStation DS423+ is a 4-bay NAS (Network Attached Storage) device designed for home and small business use. It is powered by Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM), which uses the advanced Btrfs file system to safeguard data against corruption and allows for the reversal of any unintended or malicious changes through the use of snapshot technology.

The DS423+ is a compact storage hub with 100% data ownership. It can store, organize, and share up to 72 TB of data It is capable of consolidating and sharing data, and has integrated data protection.

The DiskStation DS423+ has a size of 166 mm x 199 mm x 223 mm and weighs only 2.18 kg. It is equipped with an Intel Celeron J4125 processor and 2 GB of DDR4 RAM, which can be expanded up to 6 GB.
