Project Runway season 4 winner, wee Christian Siriano, is channeling his inner baby by designing a maternity collection that will debut in Spring 2009. He has teamed up with the founders and designers of Moody Mamas, Marta Abrams and Elise Rosemarin.
Christian's feminine cuts should fit right in with the Moody Mamas existing collection, which can be found on their website, www.moodymamas.com.

The Moody Mamas' gals may not have children of their own, but they did enough research through OB-GYNs, baby groups and lamaze classes (they still offer those? I thought they caused women to hyperventilate during labor).
The research was not done in vain: the current Moody Mamas' collection is tasteful, in black, soft blue, pink and white, with simple, feminine cuts and soft floaty fabrics. Young Christian should fit right in by the looks of his sketches, and hopefully move fashion past the glorified muumuu-esque maxi dresses that seems to be so popular in young, pregnant Hollywood.
