The World Economic Forum and Deloitte Debut a Quantum Readiness Toolkit

The World Economic Forum, in cooperation with Deloitte, has recently unveiled the 'Quantum Readiness Toolkit,' which provides actionable guidance to protect organizations amidst the rapid development of quantum computing technologies.

The toolkit aims to safeguard businesses from potential cybersecurity risks that may arise from the progress in quantum computing, such as heightened breaches of sensitive health and financial data, compromised private communications, and the proliferation of forged digital information and identities. Additionally, the comprehensive toolkit presents five key principles that organizations should adhere to while establishing their quantum security readiness.

"The dialog should be much more about preparing today while you still have time so that quantum risk can be methodically mitigated and businesses can continue to thrive without fear of disruption," said Colin Soutar, managing director of Deloitte and co-lead of WEF Quantum Security support of Deloitte US.
