Deep-Fried Butter

Ultra Fatty Southern Snack Debuts at Texas State Fair

Somebody call Colonel Sanders, because chicken is not the only thing he is going to be serving dipped in deep-fried goodness pretty soon: Deep-fried butter is a new tasty treat being served to all those brave enough to shorten their life by a good 2-3 years.

Of course debuting in the South (Southerners, please, no hate mail—I am originally from Kentucky), the Dixie delight is the brainchild of Abel Gonzales and will be served at the Texas State Fair over Labor Day Weekend. Health nuts, please brace yourself. This is basically the Antichrist coming to end your ever-so-tasteless world. Extra props to whoever asks for dipping sauce first at the fair… I’ll be damned if this isn’t the definition of nasty.
