The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley has launched a line of culinary-inspired syrups. This expands the company's portfolio beyond frozen purées.
As a result of this development, foodservice professionals can access a shelf-stable culinary-inspired syrup designed for versatility across both savory and sweet applications. The initial six flavors — which include Plum Gochu, Yuzu Juniper Thyme, Honeysuckle Orange Blossom, Chai Cardamom, Blood Orange, and Passion Fruit — are formulated with real fruit juices and natural flavors. These can be implemented in various sauces, vinaigrettes, glazes, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
The Plum Gochu Syrup, a blend of plum juice with gochu flavors that balances sweet-tart fruit with subtle heat and umami, has already received a FABI Award from the National Restaurant Association.
