The 'Crystal Cave' Magnifies a Molecule of Sugar

The 'Crystal Cave' was a magnified display of the sucrose molecule, realized by Bompas & Parr with art directors Cecilia Carey and Emma Rios. This exhibit at London Fashion Week gave visitors the experience of having been shrunk down to the size of a 1/2mm grain of sugar, capable of observing its crystalline structures.

The 'Crystal Cave' was an installation to promote the 'Baking Mad' website, and 'Silver Spoon' sugar, which was used exclusively for the sweet display.
