Twitter Plot-Casts

The Covert Affairs Series Launches a Story via Tweetcast

To help launch the second season of Covert Affairs, the USA Network has launched a plot line via Twitter.

The Covert Affairs episode will take place over the Twitter accounts of the show's CIA Operative characters Auggie Anderson, Mark Gill, Eric Barber and Lina Acra. The broadcast of this plotline allows for interaction not only between the fictional characters, but with fans as well.

The idea behind the Covert Affairs Twitter "plot-cast" was somewhat inspired by Christopher Gorham (Auggie Anderson), who has a devout loyal fan following on social media. The execution of the Covert Affairs Tweetcast was done by digital agency 360i.

The Tweetcast is the perfect way to interact with fans and the conclusion of the episode will air on the show on July 12th.
