Costa Coffee Unveiled its New Limited-Edition Vegan Christmas Menu

As more UK citizens choose to consume less meat, the UK's largest coffee chain -- Costa Coffee -- has launched a new festive menu with several vegan-friendly options that will officially launch on November, 1st. One notable vegan option the new menu boasts is a Veggies Under Vest sandwich that contains vegan mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, falafel, parsnip stuffing, carrot, and spinach. The menu also includes a variety of Christmas desserts including a fruit-based Christmas cake slice, a rocky road bar studded with vegan marshmallows, and a gluten-free mince tart.

"Christmas is always such a magical time of year at Costa Coffee, and we’re incredibly excited to launch our best menu to date," Eric Tavoukdjian, commercial marketing director at Costa Coffee, said.
