HUB & Bridges Fund Management Present its Cornerstone Project

Developer HUB works with investor Bridges Fund Management to showcase their upcoming plans in the form of the Cornerstone project. This will transform an office building in London from the 50s into a co-living residential space dubbed Cornerstone. It will be designed by Allfor Hall Monaghan Morris and notably, the resident is on the edge of the Barbican estate.

Due to the location, the architecture of the Barbican will be one of the main design influences. Allford Hall Monaghan Morris director Hazel Joseph states, "Building on the success of our previous London projects with HUB, we are joining forces again to transform an underloved office building in the heart of the city." He continues "The architectural approach has been carefully considered, responding sensitively to the much-loved Barbican context, completing the northern frontage of the estate."
