Commemorative Convertible Supercars

The '488 Pista Spider' is Ferrari's 50th Convertible

Italian automaker Ferrari has unveiled a spectacular new convertible supercar that offers a phenomenal combination of speed, strength and aesthetic appeal.

The Ferrari 488 Pista Spider, introduced at the 2018 Concours d'Elegance event, has a V8 engine that's more powerful than that of any other Ferrari. This particular engine is capable of churning out 720 horsepower, allowing the vehicle to zoom along from zero to 100 km/h in only 2.8 seconds on its way to a rip-roaring top speed of 340 km/h. The convertible supercar also offers a range of high-tech features such as acceleration optimization, controlled braking and dynamic handling.

Set to be priced at $350,000, the Ferrari 488 Pista Spider is a spectacular automotive achievement, and one that's well worthy of holding the honour of being Ferrari's 50th convertible offering.
