Californian knife design company Fulcrum Knives is offering a compact pocket knife, dubbed the Eclipse, that is beautifully crafted and features an elegant and slender form factor due to the fact that its shape is inspired by coins.

Despite its small size, the Eclipse pocket knife is comprised from as many as 24 parts, with the knife measuring in at just over seven centimeters when pulled out. Elsewhere, the knife blade is designed to be deployed and secured with a single hand thanks to the inclusion of an easy-to-use button release that is safe and seamless.

Currently the subject of a crowdfunding campaign over on Kickstarter, this compact pocket knife will appeal to both outdoor adventurers and DIY enthusiasts thanks to its humble payload, elegant shape and easily deployed blade.
