The 'Pop-Cycle' Uses a Sliding Frame Design For Easy Transportation

A South Korean company by the name of Bokyong is preparing to launch a wittily named and innovatively framed collapsible bicycle that is designed to make transportation a breeze without the typical formula of folding.

The 'Pop-cycle' uses a sliding mechanism that is made possible by the use of an aluminum frame whose components are bolted rather than welded. In other words, when a rider needs to collapse the 'Pop-cycle' down to ride the train or chuck it in the back of the car, all they need to do is slide the rear portion forward before folding the handlebars and pedals in, a process that takes a matter of seconds.

Currently the subject of a crowdfunding campaign over on Indiegogo, this unique collapsible bicycle can be obtained with a pledge of $468.
