Cinnamon Coffee Lollipops

The Cupcake Project Offers a Sweet Twist to Traditional Coffee Snacks

Coffee cakes, yogurt, ice cream and smoothies are some of the flavored coffee snacks that you're probably the most familiar with, but The Cupcake Project introduces something new with her recipe for Cinnamon-Dusted Coffee Lollipops.

The sweets on a stick are made with just four simple ingredients: cinnamon, granulated sugar, coffee and a light corn syrup. For shaping, a lollipop mold is also required. Rather than consuming coffee that is hot or cold, these lollipops offer an especially sweet way to indulge on the go.

In partnership with Fair Trade USA, The Cupcake Project puts a unique spin on this recipe by also putting a strong emphasis on the use of ethically produced types of ingredients like coffee and cinnamon.
