Coffee Cycle Roasting has introduced the Coffee Sensei Edition, a special blend developed in collaboration with Roast! West Coast. The product celebrates the long-standing partnership between founder Chris O'Brien and coffee professional Ryan Woldt. The blend pays homage to the early days of Coffee Cycle Roasting, when Woldt worked as a barista under O'Brien's mentorship.
The Coffee Sensei Edition is a medium-roast coffee that combines beans from Colombia, Sumatra, and Ethiopia. The resulting balanced profile is distinguished with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and subtle acidity. Beyond its flavor, the coffee is packaged in an eco-friendly, recyclable bag by Roastar. Coffee Cycle Roasting and Roast! West Coast also offers the Coffee Sensei Edition in a larger size to accommodate home brewing experimentation.
