User-Fueled Clothes-Free TV

Crowdsourced Nude News Leaves Nothing to the Imagination

Naked News, "the program with nothing to hide," is a subscription website featuring a real television newscast. The daily Toronto show features nude or stripping female anchors reading six, 25-minute news episodes weekly. Soon, viewers will be able to submit their own Naked News videos.

The phenomenon isn’t limited to Canada. There are several non-English franchises around the world.

In Japan, government funding for the Naked Sign Language News has been stripped.

And greenies wanting to capitalize on the ‘naked’ trend have resorted to Green TV Naked News, but everyone is fully clothed.

The male version of Canada’s Naked News ceased production in 2007.
