Clever Clip-On Vases

This Extension Fits onto IKEA Glasses to Provide Extra Functionality

This clip-on vase allows you to turn a regular drinking cup into a flower holder. Designed by Aleksander Dimitrov for AD-3D, the 3D printed object works on the regular IKEA pokal glass. The optimally designed extension uses as little material as possible without compromising function. The clip-on vase is made from a polyamide, a strong and flexible material, which allows for expanding and shrinking when attaching the product to the glass. All that is required is a simple click.

This simple tool is a great way to recycle cups you may already own, rather than purchasing a new vase. The clip is white and resembles a mesh or netting. It would be worth looking into to see if the item could fit over similarly sized glasses as well.Photo Credits: designboom, ad-3d
