The growing Lebanese fast casual joint NAYA is looking to elevate its menu with a series of Chef’s Creations, including the new Classic Braised Beef Bowl and Falafel and Tahani Roll.
Available across the brand's 43 locations as of April 14th, NAYA's new Chef’s Creations will give consumers ready-to-order options that showcase the best of the brand's signature flavors and ingredients. The new menu is designed to streamline and simplify the ordering process, which has thus far been centered around build-your-own bowls. As NAYA's Founder and CEO, Hady Kfoury, explains, "These Chef’s Creations remove friction from the ordering experience while guiding guests toward the flavors that define our menu."
One of the standout Chef’s Creations is the new Classic Braised Beef Bowl, which consists of tender braised beef shawarma served over vermicelli rice with lettuce, pickled turnips, cabbage slaw, sumac onions, creamy hummus, and lemon tahini. Other new options include the Classic Chicken Bowl, the Greek Salad, and the Falafel and Tahani Roll.
