The photo series is puts a female gaze on mens' body parts. The photo series was done for Vice Magazine and styled by Mila Franovic. The series plays on female desire. Each photo has a vague story line by using themed attire.
The images are not quite pornographic but do feature shirtless males with accentuated phalluses. The erotic images are intended to send a message to advertisers. Women like homespun depictions of male eroticism. Women don't always want chiseled airbrushed male depictions in the media, they want natural male bodies. Similarly, men also tend to want to see natural female depictions.
Also, the Claire Milbrath photo series reverses the male gaze and places a female gaze on men's body parts. Reversing the objectification shows us just how ridiculous the objectification of women in the media really is.
