City Barbeque’s Burnt Ends are Cubes of Brisket with a Little Char

City Barbeque is betting on char this summer with its the return of its wildly popular Burnt Ends. As the brand describes them they're basically "meat candy."

City Barbeque is a fast-casual barbeque chain that now has more than 40 locations across six states. This summer, the chain is introducing Jacked Mac and bringing back three fan favorites: Burnt Ends, Double-Smoked Brisket Taqos, and Southwest Slaw. The Burnt Ends are one of the most unique items of the bunch and consist of double-smoked cubes of brisket finished with a sweet glaze and a bit of char. These brisket cubes are served by the half-pound over garlic-buttered, griddled Texas toast with some of the chain's famous pickles on the side. The ends are smoked in small batches and are so popular that they often sell out before the end of the day.
