Converse Teamed Up with Carhartt WIP on a New Chuck 70 silhouette

Iconic shoe brand Converse recently teamed up with Carhartt WIP on an upcycled Chuck 70 silhouette made from some unlikely materials.

The new Chuck 70 silhouette is made from vintage Carhartt apparel. This includes old Carhartt jackets, trousers, and overalls, all sourced from Beyond Retro. These materials were used to create a high-top sneaker with a tri-color upper in contrasting khaki, navy, and black tones. Converse’s classic round patch appears at the ankle, while the Carhartt logo is sewn into the tongue of the shoe. Finally, some white stitching and stark white laces round out the retro look.

The new Carhartt WIP x Converse Chuck 70 Renew will be available as of May 28th from the Converse online store and Carhartt website.
