September 22 marks the first 'No Car Day' in China. The Chinese government has "urged" the people in 108 cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin, not to drive on that day. The day was initiated to raise "awareness on energy saving and environmental protection". Won't this throw the Earth off of it's axis and cause us to careen out of orbit?
