The Simplistic Chez Bar in Germany is Extremely Small in Size

Chez Bar is a minuscule watering hole located in Darmstadt, a small city in the south of Germany. Designed by whythefriday, the establishment makes magnificent use of a very small amount of space; only 23-square-meters to be exact.

The charming, understated Chez Bar is industrial thanks to some heavy duty shelving above the bar that adds a rustic, authentic feel to the space that may as well be an addition to someone's house. The space is characterized by concrete walls and flooring and a counter made entirely out of oak.

The tiny bar is an example of owning even the most unique features of a business and maximizing perceived flaws to make them potential selling points. It just goes to show that all you need is a bar and standing room.
