Salcombe Gin will be going live on Instagram to co-create a charity gin expression with viewers, who will be able to directly impact the final recipe by voting for their favorite botanicals. Master distiller Jason Nickels will be guiding viewers through the distillation process and the creation of a balanced and harmonious gin. As Nickels describes, "With this live distillation we want people to get together and have some fun while also creating a great tasting new gin, which can be enjoyed at home."

Viewers will also have a hand in naming the unique gin expression, which will be made available for pre-order online with proceeds going to the NHS Charities Together COVID-19 Urgent Appeal.
