Champagne Bollinger has announced the launch of its newest high-end champagne called 'PN TX17,' which arrives as the latest addition to the brand's Bollinger PN collection -- a collection that itself is focused on Pinot Noir offerings from Tauxières 2017.
The luxurious new release makes sense, considering that Pinot Noir is the grape variety for which Champagne Bollinger is most well-known. The grapes utilized in this particular offering contain an alcohol content of 10.1% and a rather high acidity.
