Made out of clay and rice husks, the ceramic water filter is an eco-friendly and sustainable product. They are designed to eliminate 99.9% of contaminants in water as well. SPOUTS provides their filters for free to schools, refugee camps and prisons as well as 400 units a month to retailers.

This charitable endeavor addresses the issue of 30% of Ugandans without clean water access, not to mention the high child mortality rate due to water-borne diseases, as well as introducing a new source of income.
