Japanese Actress Designs for Whisper Silky Soft Slims

Just when we thought we'd had enough of the celebrity-designed products, we spot a Japanese celebrity who's very proud to design for a brand of sanitary napkins.

Osaka comedy star Naomi Matsushima only wants to make the monthly ordeal of the Japanese women a little bit more pleasurable that's why she gladly accepted Procter & Gamble's offer to design "Whisper" napkins.

The Japanese actress created star-printed and camouflage designs for Whisper's limited edition of "Silky Soft Slims". I don't know how a bunch of colourful napkins could ever make the pain of monthly period a "happier" experience. Maybe P & G took its inspiration from band-aids. A beautifully-designed band-aid over a wound really does make the painful experience a whole lot cooler.

The celebrity-designed sanitary napkins are available for the Japanese market by the end of this month.
