Move over zucchini noodles, because Noodles & Company just added Caulifloodles to its permanent menu. Though the name may be a little silly, these nutrient-rich, cauliflower-infused noodles are no laughing matter.
Caulifloodles are cauliflower-infused noodles available in two of Noodles & Company's new seasonal dishes: Cauliflower Rigatoni in Light Onion Cream Sauce and Cauliflower Rigatoni Fresca with Shrimp. Both dishes are made with cauliflower-infused rigatoni pasta, which tastes just like the real thing. But unlike ordinary pasta, caulifloodles pack a full serving of vegetables and are rich in Vitamins C, K, B6, and fiber. As Noodles & Company's Executive Chef Nick Graff explains, "By expanding our Zoodles and Other Noodles platform with dishes that include the light and nutrient-rich cauliflower-infused noodles, we’re able to offer choices for everyone in the family, no matter their dietary needs"
