Catherine Pluchart Captures Ethereal, Fairylike Moments

Catherine Pluchart's photographic works really speak to my most feminine, girly side that loves everything soft, whimsical and romantic with a modern Victorian twist. Although there is a slight edge seen throughout her portfolio, namely when it comes to her topless models, she basically sticks to simple shoots of lounging ladies in pretty frocks.

Based in Toulouse, France, Catherine Pluchart was first drawn to the art of photography at the young age of 14. Although she studied art in school, she ended up working in her family business and then ran a gourmet restaurant, putting her photographic dreams to the side.

In May 2010, Catherine Pluchart thankfully decided to pick up her camera full-time, gracing us with these ethereal and fairylike images.
