Modernica and Stance Design The Case Study Arm Shell Rocker Chair

Design studio Modernica joins forces with Stance for another furniture collaboration, delivering the 'Case Study Arm Shell Rocker Chair' this time. The unique rocking chair takes on a contemporary design to a traditional seat. The rocking foundation is crafted from wooden materials beneath wire-crafted legs. This all holds up a white swooping seat with blue string patterns with lightly hand-painted stripes around each wooden leg.

The chairs will be highly limited, with only 50 constructed, but each furniture piece will also come with a pair of correlating socks. It boasts the same color palette as the Case Study Arm Shell rocker chair and also has Modernica's signature blue prints of the chair adorning the socks. Notably, the socks have a finish of screen printed reclaimed wood pattern on its toe bed as a nod to Stance's headquarters. The socks and rocking chair will be launching at Modernica and online at Stance beginning April 24.
