The Carven Spring 2012 Collection is Tribal Influenced

Pleated A-line miniskirts, leather pieces, and mustard hues dominated the entire collection at the Carven Spring 2012 show. Most of the models wore basic mary jane pumps in different shades, as to not distract from the stunning work on the leather dresses and skirts.

The brand's creative director, Guillaume Henry, also presented tribal-inspired prints near the end of the show, which appeared in red, zig-zag patterns that were more than a little reminiscent of a Missoni collection.

The highlight of the Carven Spring 2012 collection was surely the silhouettes. With skirts and dresses appearing in a variety of shapes, from pleated minis to pencil skirts, there is definitely a different cut to suit every body shape.
