Carol Beckwith and Angela Fisher Explore the Cattle Farmers of Sudan

Award-winning photographers Carol Beckwith and Angela Fisher have just finished a book that encapsulates the life and struggles of the cattle keepers of Sudan. These enduring photographers have explored almost all of Africa to get amazing shots for their series of photography books.

Dinka by Carol Beckwith and Angela Fisher is the latest of their series in Africa, and the shots featured are breathtaking and moving. Dinka was part of a 30-year study in Sudan, following the tribal cattle farmers and shadowing their lives everyday. In the series, you can see children as young as 4 years old taking care of cows. These animals are the only wealth many of these Sudanese tribal people have.
