Candy Box Robot Transformations

This Cardboard Robot Took Serious Precision to Make

This cardboard robot made from candy boxes was created by Twitter user Dori Asuka and took serious precision to make. Using empty candy boxes, the cardboard architect sketched an intricate blueprint, cut the box in shape to the suit and meticulously assembled the transformer robot. Inspired by the Golden Warrior Gold Lightan, the box even transforms.

This papercraft took serious skill to complete. The blueprints show specific measurements for each piece. If even one part is measured wrong, the appearance of the whole robot will suffer. If a single piece is missing, the cardboard won't be able to transform. Every detail took precision; even the helmet has little red eyes and a Japanese symbol that looks like a nose and a mouth.

There's no room for mistakes with a design like this. This cardboard box shows that even the most basic materials can be transformed into something incredible.
