Perfect for caramel lovers, the new Carmelita Cookie consists of layers of sweet and crunchy vanilla oat streusel, caramel, and chocolate all baked together. The whole thing is then topped with even more caramel drizzle and is served warm. The cookie is a limited-time offering and will be available as part of the weekly menu for May 18 through May 23, 2026.
Alongside the new Carmelita Cookie, the weekly menu also includes the chilled Blue Monster Cookie featuring Chips Ahoy!, the warm Molten Lava Cookie dusted with powdered sugar, and the two-tiered Lemon Cake. This week's Thursday Thin is also the Cookies & Cream Thin.
