Shire-Styled Campers

This Camping Trailer is Inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien's 'The Hobbit'

This Hobbit hole themed camping tailer will have you feeling like you're vacationing in the Shire. The camper was built and designed by redditer samm1t.

True to the Tolkien classic, the Shire-like shelter has a rounded top as if it were fit into the side of a hill. It also features a round door with a single door knob in the center. For a more homey touch, samm1t has added a flower box, skylight and window. Like the abodes were styled in Samuel Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy, the walls are fashioned in a Tudor-esque style.

The Hollywood interpretation of this well-loved adventure came out last year. The second of a three part installation entitled 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug' is scheduled to be released on December 11, 2013.
