Californian Caesar Cocktails

Cafe California's Drink Recipe Mixes Vodka, Whisky and Barbecue Sauce

Iceberg Vodka and Clamato have teamed up for #NationalCaesarDay, an event that invites bartenders across North America to showcase their favorite caesar cocktails via Instagram. In addition to other contestants -- with Sriracha Lime and Caesar Acadia drink entries -- Cafe California bartender Simon Johnson presents his Californian Caesar to fans of the Canadian drink.

His recipe is infused with a blend of Iceberg Vodka, Gibson's Finest Sterling Canadian Whisky, Barbecue Sauce and Allen's Malt Vineyard. The drink creation also features horseradish and minced garlic ingredients along with lemon juice, Clamato and ground black pepper.

Once blended, this drink is accented with a celery salt, maple syrup rim and is garnished with a wedge of lime and two strips of Canadian bacon. Fans of Caesar cocktails can check out Iceberg Vodka's social media contest and can try one of its winning recipes at their local, participating bar.
