'Business Call to Action' was Designed to Reach the MDGs

Founded in 2008, Business Call to Action (BCtA) is an online platform and leadership program that was designed to help reach the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which themselves were set -- obviously -- in 2000.

Now, BCtA is comprised of 63 companies and affects over 50 million in people in the health sector, 57 million people in finances and 89 million households when it comes to initiatives surrounding energy providers. The way it does its projects is through help and support from a number of international organizations that are well known including the United Nations Development Programme and the Clinton Global Initiative.
