App-Connected Beer Fridges

The 'Bud-E Fridge' Alerts You When Your Beer is Cold and Ready to Serve

Bud Light's 'Bud-E Fridge' provides users with real-time data regarding their fridge's activities, and more importantly how their beer is doing. The app-connected fridge will be able to tell users how much beer they have left and will provide a countdown until the precise moment when the beer will be at its optimal serving temperature of 32 degrees.

The Bud-E Fridge also has a beer counter displayed on the door, and more information appearing on the app. In developing the fridge, Bud Light has also teamed up with alcohol delivery service 'Saucey.' Users are to set a stock point that when reached, a push notification will appear, connecting them to the Saucey app. The Bud-E Fridge app can also notify users when their favorite team is playing to ensure their beer supply is game ready.
