Created by sisters Letisha and Zeena Brown, the brand was inspired by a desire to live a more holistic life and focus on healing skin issues. After finding their journey expensive and ineffective, the pair set out to create their own effective plant-based formulas.

The brand now makes everything from Balancing Cleansers to Replenishing Toners, as well as Detoxifying Body Bars that invigorate, cleanse and awaken the senses with ingredients like purifying charcoal and stimulating peppermint. Some of the other ingredients that are essential to the brand's products are antioxidant-rich kale, French green clay, neem, thyme and a myriad of natural and beautifully aromatic floral oils like lavender and geranium.
