The Boudicca Couture Spring 2012 Line is Inspired by Earthquakes

Although the Boudicca Couture Spring 2012 collection is inspired by Earthquakes, it appears to be more inspired by lightning by the looks of the electric colors and patterns used. Of course, the dramatic quality of the fashion line definitely yields a rather devastating vibe that is as much realistic as it is artistic.

Put together by British design duo Zowie Broach and Brian Kirkby, the Boudicca Couture Spring 2012 collection was presented in tandem with a performance of Mike Figgis' Just Tell the Truth. As the label continues to evolve, it nevertheless holds onto its artistic roots, harking back to a time when they showed their collections exclusively in galleries. Considering that many runway shows are becoming much more performance-minded, Boudicca seems to have been ahead of its time.
