Botivo, known for its intensely refreshing non-alcoholic aperitifs, teamed up with Yotam Ottolenghi to create a limited edition Botivo x Ottolenghi aperitivo inspired by the vibrant Middle Eastern flavors of his restaurants. This non-alcoholic aperitivo unites Ottolenghi’s favorite aromatics with Botivo’s bittersweet botanicals and Botivo says, "Expect the tang of pomegranate molasses, black lime for gentle sourness, cardamom for warmth, while rose gives bright, floral notes."
This limited-edition botanical aperitivo is said to be perfect for long lunches, dinner parties and cocktails with friends. Botivo x Ottolenghi is ready to mix with sparkling or soda water over ice, and served with a fresh lime wheel garnish.
To celebrate this special launch, Ottolenghi restaurants Rovi and Nopi will serve bespoke cocktails featuring the aperitivo.
