Barry Lee has joined a roster of DIY car creators with his Bolt Lightning. Lee entered his drag racing car powered by six Makita circular saws into the annual Power Tool Drag Racing Championship in Yeovil, Britain, in which participants build racing vehicles from household tools.
Quite impressively, Bolt Lightning "can reach speeds of up to 112kph (70mph) on a 100m (320ft) strip because of their lightweight bodies," according to Metro. I would love to see it in action.
