Launch Pad To Viral

Boing Boing TV (First Clip)

Boing Boing, the top favourited blog (according to Technorati), has announced the launch of Boing Boing TV. The big claim, according to media, is that if your ad is lucky enough to be scooped up by the show, it's certain to go viral. This could be the new launch pad for advertisers looking to strike it big on the web. Check out the first clip.

"Boing Boing began in 1989 as a paper 'zine that we later expanded into a blog and podcast, and BoingBoing.net now has more than 7.5 million page views a month, with over three million RSS subscribers," said Boing Boing co-founder Mark Frauenfelder. "Boing Boing TV is the next logical step in that evolution."

The TV show (tv.boingboing.net) will be available for free, 24 hours a day and will provide video reportage of all the wildly entertaining things they feature on the blog. It will consist of a collection of 3-5 minute clips giving quick over views on the most popular items.
