The Blok Power Strip Supplies a Crooked Line of Supplementary Sockets

The Blok Power Strip might initially appear to be a purely playful twist on the standard power bar, but the design of it is rather practical. Jan Habraken's electronic product features the familiar row of extra sockets, but includes one that offshoots curiously from the side of one end. With another square for the switch sticking out of the opposite tip, the device appears to reference an iconic tetrion piece.

Adjoined blue cubes accommodate up to six plugged-in gadgets, and some of these will inevitably have adapters attached to their prongs. The user is thus presented with a pair of power points that at the bottom of the Blok Power Strip to ensure that such components will not obstruct any slots, making the most of the existence of extra outlets.
