I don't know how functional the utensils from Mark Reigelman's 'Bite' silverware collection are, but it sure is an interesting way to look at the tools we use to eat. Reigelman created the limited edition Bite silverware set as a commentary on starvation and obesity--point taken.
I would be interested to know what it is like to actually use the pieces in the Bite silverware collection but these seem to be more for display than for eating.
