If you want to add a little more stage presence to your performance, the Biomechanical Mike Stand certainly won’t hurt. Definitely one of the most eye catching pieces of rock n’roll garb I have seen in a while, this mic stand is made out of 100% recycled materials, with the majority of it being scrap metal that’s held together by stainless steel rods.
Created by New York artist Chris Conte, the Biomechanical Mike Stand was built to the specifications of Adam Gontier, lead singer of Three Days Grace (who just so happens to be from my hometown, no big deal). The original, and several copies were made for the band’s upcoming tour. All they need now is a few Gatling guns mounted on the drum set and their stage is complete.
