Designed by furniture designer Werner Aisslinger for Moroso, the Bikini Island collection is comprised of low, flat elements designed for mobile computing. Aisslinger reveals, "The project is designed to reflect our heterogeneous lives. [It’s] an in-house landscape for reading on tablets, watching movies on our phones, meditation and talking."
Everything in the Bikini Island suggests ideal comfort for the individual rather than for a particular activity even though it is inspired by technology.
