Berlin's Berghain Nightclub is Transforming into an Art Gallery

The allure of Berlin's iconic Berghain nightclub is that not everyone who lines up for hours will get in, but all of this is changing in the name of art, as the club will be temporarily turning into an art gallery.

Its been closed since early March due to COVID-19, but is now reopening its doors to exhibit the work of over 80 artists throughout the city. The gallery will showcase talent from a variety of mediums, filling the now-empty dance floor with painting, sculptures, statues, installations and more. The exhibit will be dubbed Studio Berlin and will open on September 9th.

As one of the oranizers of this event, Christian Boros stated, "For the first time, even grandmas with zimmer frames and children will be able to get in".
