BBDO Toronto's New Video Point Out Sexual Inequality in the Workplace

BBDO Toronto's video begins with an image taken of the agency's executive creative director Denise Rossetto and copywriter Jamie King. In the photo, Rossetto is seen bundled up in a scarf and toque, while King sits in shorts and a T-shirt. The video then goes on to explain how office temperatures are largely set according to a standard developed in the 1960s that was "based on the metabolic rate of 40-year old, 154 pound men."

The video ultimately helps to shed light on institutionalized sexism in the workplace by drawing attention to a common problem.
