Cardi B is Looking to Debut Her Cosmetics Brand Bardy Beauty

The New York native and 'WAP' rapper, Cardi B, is working on debuting her cosmetics brand, called Bardy Beauty. The 28-year-old celebrity filed for a trademark earlier this month under her California-based company dubbed Washpoppin.

Unlike other A-list celebrity cosmetic brands, Cardi B only filed for a select number of products within the Bardy Beauty trademark. These include cosmetics, fragrances for personal use, hair preparations, non-medicated skin preparations, nail polish, and nail enamel. According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, these types of products will make up the brand's line.

The rapper told fans via Instagram that "This year I will be coming out with a hair line that I’ve been working on at home for my hair and my daughter’s; however, I think it’s time for people to educate themselves on nationality, race, and ethnicity."
